Ben Mollin

For fun in his youth, Ben would experiment on his mother's and grandmother's hair. He'd practice perming, coloring and styling. Since French-braiding a class-mate's hair in high school, Ben has known his path in life.

Ben has been a stylist for 13 years, but he has had a life-long passion for music. A rocker through and through, he likes to say that he attended Cameo Beauty Academy to have a career to fall back on!

Ben finds inspiration in ordinary working class people with dreams, ambition and their own personal styles. Currently, he styles the locks of private clientele coming from all walks of life and has set up shop in a music store called Dynamite Music in Griffith, IN. Behind the rows of violins, electric guitars and racks of vintage clothing, Ben works in a small room, painted by his friends, using tool boxes as work stations.

Ben spends his free time playing saxophone in a funk group and singing lead in a rock band. His interests also include bowling and finding good beer.
